Can I buy a penthouse in BBMP layout?

Q: Hi. I would like to know if I can buy a penthouse in BBMP layout, where there is no approval for the floor by govt.. The plot is 4000 sq feet and has 15 (incl of penthouses) apartments..

As you said the floors are not approved by the government I feel there can be risk in future or if you want to sell the flat.

Hi Sakesh, where is BBMP Layout? Is it a new project name or area name? Please make it clear.

This is layout is near Banaswadi Bangalore (BBMP -- Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palik - an approving authority of Bangalore).
