Should a GPA given to a blood relative be registered?

Q: Sir, I need to know is it a must that a GPA given to a blood relative like one's own brother require the document to be registered with the Registrar's Office? Is there a Supreme Court Judgement to this effect?

If this is the case then it is better to take advice from your legal and do the following.

What is the context in which you are looking for GPA option? Would you like to brief it to me?

I am interested in purchasing a residential site from a GPA Holder but my attorney says the registrar cannot allow it in lieu of a Supreme Court Judgement, a copy of the same is available with the Registrar's Office.

GPA is just an option to create agency on behalf of the real owner but the ownership remains unchanged..
