How is the Radiant Shine project?

Q: I heard about very poor reviews.. Has anyone bought site here or planning to buy? Their prices are good but I am little scared to invest in this.

The project is coming up with G+3 floors with 164 units, which include 2bhk and 3bhk apartments.

i visited the site twise , everything looks fine but reviews about radiant builder's other project is poor ?

The price odf the flats seems to be very reasonable and location is also very good.
