Planning to buy an apartment in MJ Lifestyle Astyllen.
Q: Hi All, I am planning to buy an apartment in MJ Lifestyle Astyllen. To all those who have bought a flat here, I would like to know the pros and cons of buying a flat here and if any issues that you all are currently facing. Are all the approvals in place? Is there any issue that I need to be aware of?
I've also booked a flat in MJ Astyllen. I see their construction is pretty fast, and recently visited their site. Even my request is not approved in the CF community. Is there any other group that all apartment owners can interact with each other? Please let me know.

Hi All, I have booked a flat in Astellyn as well, and agree with Maitrika for the additional charges for changes. Also, the default options which they are providing for fixtures and tiles etc are not that good. So essentially they are forcing people to upgrade and pay for it. What I can see now is that the work progress is very delayed as compared to what it was while the builder had to invoice us as per CLP. Now that most of the money ~80% of the agreed cost has been paid, I get a feeling that they are slowing the finishing work. May be finishing is something which takes time anyways. What do other owners feel?

I am already an owner of thier current project. They charge extra amount for each and every changes. My project now cost me around 52 lakhs. But the finishing and quality of this builder is worst. If you can compromise with all the things then you can go for this project. They will show you many dreams before you purchase their project but it's worst what I feel.
Regarding Approval, their is no doubt all legal. We have already checked at the time of purchasing this flat. Everyone from builder side of this project is lso very co-operative . But only thing they have to recruit some good knowledge able engineers for execution which is lacking behind. Finishing look of a project matters a lot. They have to improve them selves.

MJ Lifestyle Astyllen is one of the upcoming residential developments of MJ Infrastructure in Sarjapur Road. The project design seems good.. It will have 3 Blocks and over 160 Houses.
Hi Thomas, the first positive thing is the location since it is near to Electronic City, Hosur Road and IT hubs, it has chances of good appreciation.. Cons as I know would be water problem in Summer and there is no Kavery supply here...
The location is good, but just little concerned about security during late evening hours. I do not see any developments apart from this project enroute to the site.Currently the Builder is quoting 2800/sq.ft. Is this a right price to enter in?
