How it is spacious - it is very congested . Check the Floor Plan . The amount you pay for 2 BHK will actually get 1 BHK and 2 BHK instead of 3BHK. People are being lured by pricing and making small rooms with more number of doors doesn't make it 3BHK. Look out the amenities , it is as good as people forget about them. Even the Isometric View clear shows how congested the View itself is!!!!!!. Hope so people don't fall for this trap. when the markets/interest are not in favor of buyers.
