When is possession given for Building-1, Shivnath Habitats?

Q: Hi, I have booked my flat in Building -1 in May 2010 and now it's more than 2 years. I was promised to get possession in May 2011 but till date the construction is not over. When will I get my possession?

Hi All,
I recently visited the site and was quite impressed with the amount of work completed.
Only pending work is
- Electric Meter
- Drinking water connection
- Lift
Mr. Bhavin from the Builders side informed that the pending work will be completed in next 2-3 months.
Hopefully by Jan 2014 we should get the possession.
Also he mentioned that there is some Govt. VAT need to be paid before the possession. Any idea on this? How much would be the amount for 2BHK 990 Sq. Ft. flat? Any suggestion please.

Ananta , nice talking to you .. after a through retroinspect , I have decided to drop the plan .. they rae currely planning 7 more building . this project will last for more than 5 year !

the only solution right now is to get together and pressurize the builder for possesion. I have already prepared for legal notice from my lawyer and informed the builder about the same, he promised to give the possesion by Dec'12 or max by jan'13. If not then the notice will be sent.

Dont waste ur time behind Mr. Bikram...he is fake and get paid for posting comments on all these websites. He dont have any flat or anything in shivnath.
