Any one have idea, when the Neptune 100 above project costruction will start?

Q: Project launched long time before but still the construction is not stared. How is project? Should we buy property in it?

They are now selling Flying Kite, ad in Times of India, 10th oct, 7th Page. I believe they will do something only after they are able to sale remaining units in Flying Kites which is next to 100 above. They are struggling to sale the same. I booked a flat in Oct 2010 in 100 Above, and since then am hearing that construction will start in next 4 -6 months, but hte work has not started in 2 years. Everytime they tell that they have submitteda revised plan to BMC for approval and it is taking time for approval. Am not sure, but I get a feeling that there is some serious problem with the group. Is it true... Please share if any one has some additional information about this project.
