Well Chanda,
In Navi Mumbai, localities that have seen maximum capital appreciation in the year 2014 are Panvel East, Ghansoli, Palm Beach Road and Kharghar. Except Palm Beach Road, all other localities offer properties worth upto Rs 50 lakh. According to me Panve in Navi Mumbai is a developed area and all the basic facilities are nearby. At the same time the locality has excellent connectivity to the rest part of the city. So you should look for the Panvel.

Hi everybody,
Out of the 14 localities that CIDCO carved as small townships in Navi Mumbai, with a view towards amking easy development, Airoli, Ghansoli and Koparkhairane, are the one. The major reason for residential property boom on this locality, is the affordable property rates in comparison to Mumbai. Today, the Mumbai real estate market is sluggish and buyers interest has shifted to Navi Mumbai,

Hi Padma,
This locality is well-connected to the neighborhood locations such as Nerul and Vashi. Even the Thane-Belapur road stretch enjoys connectivity to other Navi Mumbai junctions along with Thane. Either by road, bus or train, this corridor is well-connected and easily accessible. The industrial belt on the Thane-Belapur Road includes Airoli, Ghansoli and Koparkhairane and is rapidly emerging as a secondary business district, which is further boosting property demand on this corridor.

Hi all,
Koparkhairane is one of the most developed junction among all the junctions in Navi Mumbai. There is an upcoming demand for a new bridge over the Thane creek from Koparkhairane to Kannamwar Nagar in Vikhroli-Mumbai off the eastern express highway so as to connect the eastern suburbs of Mumbai. This will establish a much desired third bridge linking Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. The residential complexes have increased tremendously, thus giving competition to most of the zones in Navi Mumbai.

Thannks Lalit, Pratap and Neeraj. Can you also comment on Kharghar? I am undecided between the two. Once is developed and the other has potential and proximity to airport. Suggestions invited.

Hi Rupesh.. as Lalit says, the area is very good for investment purpose.. also the facilities like schools, colleges, hospital, eateries, etc. are increasing day by day in the area. I think the area is good in all respects- residential, business, commercial and investment purposes..
