Some of the key factors are proximity to Navi Mumbai International airport, connected with the important Thane-Belapur Road through the Uran Road, which also connects it with the JNPT Road that goes towards the Jawaharlal Nehru Port. Although plans for SEZ has been pospone, there would be large scale commercial development is going to happen.

Q: Budget is around 1.2 cr. Please suggest good places to invest in Navi Mumbai for around 1.2 cr. Heard Koparkhairane is very good. Any suggestions?
Latest Answer: Well Chanda, In Navi Mumbai, localities that have seen maximum capital appreciation in the year 2014 are Panvel East, Ghansoli, Palm Beach Road and Kharghar. Except Palm Beach Road, all other localities offer properties worth upto Rs 50 lakh. According to me Panve in Navi Mumbai is a developed area and all the basic facilities are nearby. At the same time the locality has excellent connectivity to the rest part of the city. So you should look for the Panvel.
