Is investing in Ozone Urbana a good idea?

Q: Is investing in Ozone Urbana a good idea? Will there be issues due to the closeness to the Airport. Also i have heard that there is a problem of water availability in this belt? Please suggest. I am looking forward to invest in North Bangalore, please suggest some other projects which are viable (2500 psf) and are close to the airport.

I heard there is land dispute with regard to commercial space of ozone urbana.. Can anyone clarify it?

I have recently booked a flat in Ozone Urbana and hoping that everything turns good. It's no doubt the most hotspot in Bangalore right now given the close proximity to BIAL and the biggest advantage of being located on NH-7. Going forward most of the development will happen from Hebbal to Devenahalli on the NH-7

Hi, that's actually a good investment. there will be very good appreciation. There are few flats available for sale in Ozone Urbana.. you can find the availability and more about the project by clicking details...

There are few flats available in Urbana and other projects near airport.. but water scarcity is there in all the areas surrounding airport. If you have made up your mind to buy flat only near airport then you can move forward..

Hi Santhosh, the project is very good for investment.. but as you said there is water problem in that region which is the major loophole..
