Q: Anybody here who has invested in Mantri Aura or is looking to invest? I have the final price list but it seems to be exclusive of VAT. For an apartment worth 59 lakhs (all incl. except VAT) how much would this add upto. Also does anyone have any floor plans related to the 1250, 1260 and 1175 sq feet plans for this project. The 1175 sq feet plan seems similar to the 1145 sq feet plan strangely.

The project location is good. The area is in North Bnagalore and recently developed one, and has good roads, connectivity, proximity to airport, close to ORR.. all these factors make it get good demand..
