There has been a huge delay in this project by Ashiana group.

Q: I was promised to give the possession in September 2012 but even in November 2012 there is no sign of completion.

But, I have been listening this since July 2012. They promised to give the possession in July when I had booked, then after sometime the date shifted to September and now it's December. Unfortunately, there is little buyers could do in India after entering into the agreement , all the terms are in favor of the builder.

I heard it will be completed in Dec 2012.. I hope it is currently near to completion..

Hi Rachit, have you been to the project site? Any idea at what level is the construction now? Is it nearing completion?
