Recently I visited Highend Paradise, builder is saying that they will start giving possession from 1st November, But I don't think They can give possession on that time.. Can anyone tell me about the builder reputation?

What is the exact status of Hihgend paradise, is Lift & basement parking work is over? can we have some pics on net of the current status of the project,

Hi I too have bought a flat in Highend Paradise and is waititng for the possesion from past 1 year. first they deplayed by 1 year and by seeing it looks like this year also they will not be abl eto give the possesion. Did by anychance can anyone help me of when can we really expect the possession. ?

Hi Rajat, the delay is there and was told that the possession letters are being sent out and possession given by diwali.. keeping fingers crossed!!!

Yes kamal, even i was told that the possession letters are being issued only..they are working on that and by june july the lifts will be operational and so will the other facilities and garden....

Yesterday Home loan guy told me that the construction of 2 floors in Highend is remaining. But he is saying that Builder will start giving possesion from the December as project is already delayed by 1 year because of GDA approval. But I am sure they can never give the posseion from December.. I think you guyz can understand.. Please comment and is anyone have booked falts in Highend paradise?

Hi, i was speaking to them and now many banks have approved this project and are funding it..even their site shows many banks like corporation bank,SBI,DHFL,HDFC, Axis etc..

Hi, as far as my information is that this is thebuilders first high rise apartment, earlier having built builder floors in and around shalimar garden area...the company is a member of CREDAI so some kind of confidence in them...keeping fingers crossed...

Hi pple according to my observation, this is a small society and most of their construction work is done, so there can be a chance that they might provide the possession in this year only, as far as work on small park and other additional things is concerned, it will take atleast 6 more months then after.
