Recently I visited Highend Paradise, builder is saying that they will start giving possession from 1st November, But I don't think They can give possession on that time.. Can anyone tell me about the builder reputation?

What is progress of construction in Aura Chimera?

Latest Answer: The construction is going on. But it would take more than 6 months to be completed. Expected completion is around Dec 2013 as told by builder.. but it would be ready after Jan 2014 only.

There has been a huge delay in this project by Ashiana group.

Q: I was promised to give the possession in September 2012 but even in November 2012 there is no sign of completion.

Latest Answer: But, I have been listening this since July 2012. They promised to give the possession in July when I had booked, then after sometime the date shifted to September and now it's December. Unfortunately, there is little buyers could do in India after entering into the agreement , all the terms are in favor of the builder.

Possession of flat

Q: Has anyone recieved the possession in any block? When possession will be given in H block?

Latest Answer: Possession doesn't look feasible in near future. I visited site yesterday (2-Nov-10) and found that there was almost zero work going on. I spoke to one of the contractor who said that the building is sealed by GDA due to number of floor exceeded. The office in sample flat was moved to one of incomplete building house. No one was there. He also said that some 500 people gathered few days ago to discuss possession of the building. I couldn't get contact of any of them. I will update if I get some more info next week. Hope for the best!!!
