Q: Hi, I am planning to but a flat in this project. Need to know has anyone verified the document and already signed the sale agreement. Pls share the feedback about the project/builder too.

Hi, I have booked a flat in Mar 2013, and now I got my flat registered and interior works are going on. I am very happy with the timely completion as they promised and quality of construction about to gruha pravesha in this week. Thanks.

Hi, I recently visited this property and it is almost nearing its completion. They say registration and possession will happen in January 2014. I was looking for a 3bhk but not sure about the appropriateness of the price. The current price they quote is 66.40 lacs (excl registration). Has anyone booked this property? How about the construction quality?
