How to get contacts of flat owners?

Q: I want to buy flats in Dhakuria/Santoshpur/Baghajatin..there are few ads in this site matching by preferences. I want to contact the owners of those flats. Even after filling the form on right side of the ad no body has yet contacted me. Please suggest a way to contact the owners.
