In this budget you will get plots and 2bhk apartments. But 2bhk apartment is Sarjapur is little costlier in compare to Electronic city.

Sarjapur is slowly and steadily blooming into a commercial sector. A lot of IT companies are settling in and around the locality. This has given a lift in the Real Estate sector in the area. Almost all the popular developers and builders are investing in Real Estate of this area. The investment in the area is liable to be fruitful and turn out as smart money.
