Hi Venu - todays time Marthahalli is a prime area due to the advantage of the connectivity. Here if you are looking for larger projects such as ROhan Vasantha, Purva Riviera, Fountainsqure - 2bhk would be in range of 68 to 82 L + reg. If you are looking for smaller project you can consider Sriven Towers, Aisswarya, VRR which are about 3 to 5 yrs old here 2bhk you can get in range of 40 to 49 L + reg.
