Mantri Developers poor project victim

Q: I am a resident here in Mantri Synergy. The lift is not having a very basic safety mechanism that when power goes off, it doesn't go on to the nearest floor to open it up. If power goes off people will be stuck and if there is no electrician to do the switch over to the DG power.. that is stay there in the dark and if you are lucky to survive then some one will come and open the door for you... Staying in 8th floor there is no option other than using the lift... Very basic security feature is not there in the lift of this so called "HI-TECH" apartment. Frustrated living here. Now Mantri Navaratna... Only God can save Mantri Navaratna....

am checking the construction status of navaratna every week. The builder has got very less workers only in the site. None of their employees are sure about the slow pace construction & reduction in manpower. One thing is for very sure that the completion and handover would happen only in 2014--(again god only knows about the month)

so guys always buy small indpendent house or aparments upto 3 floors maximum .Other wise it will be a hell to meet all the daily chores specially if any one is very old . May be u need to give the mantri builders some time to complete all the activites . Buy any way people should not blame the builders better form a association and take up some good maintenance so that it ease things to some extent .otherwise the quality of mantri is good only

Mantri Group is one of the reputed builder in the real estate then how can they provide so cheap quality construction material.

You may be right. but their committments are on air. They have no clarity on handing over. Every month there are different stories told. no sign of any improvement

Lot of problems there in the building... Basically it is all because the builders (Mantri) have not done a quality job in this project.
