Mantri Navaratna asking 100% payment before construction completion
Q: I have booked an apartment in Mantri Navaratna and they had planned to deliver the apartment my Mar/Apr 2013. As of now, I don't think they will be able to make it. Thay have been asking us to make 100% payment even before they finish construction. But the document says to pay 100% only when handover of apartment. I'm trying to get hold of other owners so we can form a group here. Anybody else having the same issue?

Latest Answer: Hello, i am looking for an additional apartment in navratna itself. Let me if anybody willing to resale. Direction: East, 2BHK/3BHK, greater than 1000sqft and less than 1200sqft

Mantri Developers poor project victim
Q: I am a resident here in Mantri Synergy. The lift is not having a very basic safety mechanism that when power goes off, it doesn't go on to the nearest floor to open it up. If power goes off people will be stuck and if there is no electrician to do the switch over to the DG power.. that is stay there in the dark and if you are lucky to survive then some one will come and open the door for you... Staying in 8th floor there is no option other than using the lift... Very basic security feature is not there in the lift of this so called "HI-TECH" apartment. Frustrated living here. Now Mantri Navaratna... Only God can save Mantri Navaratna....

Latest Answer: am checking the construction status of navaratna every week. The builder has got very less workers only in the site. None of their employees are sure about the slow pace construction & reduction in manpower. One thing is for very sure that the completion and handover would happen only in 2014--(again god only knows about the month) ????????????.. This group is least bothered about our pain & our money....
