Planning to invest in a plot of land around Hennur Main Road

Q: Wanted to seek the going rate for a typical 40x60 plot, it is through a private developer. Relevant feedback on whether to invest now, or wait, and what price are sincerely appreciated.

A private developer in the Hennur Road area is offering a plot of land for residential purposes, and it is with A Khata, is this a good or bad option, will I get bank funding and if it is a good buy, please let me know the going rate.

If the documents and title are all clear then you can buy.. But beware of fraudsters. Who is that private developer?
