Investment advice

Q: Hello,I am thinking to buy a 1bhk property/sqft Rs.2300 in Kaikhali area of kolkata .Is it fine to invest.Please guide immediately.

As some of people telling me 1bhk is not good investment; do you think the same as per my affordability more than 1 bhk with good features is hard to get.

I feel it is worth buy at Rs 2300 per sqft and you can expect future appreciation also.
