Q: Hi, I need to know reviews about ATZ Builders in Bangalore.I especially need to know feedback about the ATZ Areva project in Marathalli Sarjapur ORR. It looks good from the plan and layout.Has anyone checked about the legal clearance of the land and how good this builder is and feedback about his past projects from the owners?
The legal is cleared as per I cross verified and they have pre launching offer it seems which sounds good and I hope the apartments will be delivered quickly asap. If anyone is serious about buying the apartment then please share me your contact info so that we can share our views.

As far as I know the project has been approved by BBMP so they will be giving you A Khata. Construction wise also they are good and till date they have successfully completed 3 projects in Bangalore and 6 of their projects are under construction.

The current per sqft rate is Rs 3250 which is slightly negotiable. The bank approvals is under process, it will take more 15 days to get the approvals from banks like LIC, SBI, Axis, ICICI and HDFC.
I see the management to the google group created before is very bad. I have been waiting for the approval to join the group myself from a long time, and see few more. I believe lets make a proper place to post concerns, updates on the plot/flat and pics or videos as anyone visits the site and any other details if required.

But see that the management to this group is not good. For the first group I have been waiting from a long time to join. But the admin seems to have forgotten the group. Message Displayed "ATZ Areva Your membership is pending Your membership to this group is pending approval."
Just sent a request to second group, but waiting to join.
If ppl can't manage the group they should transfer the admin rights to ppl who can manage it well.
I even see the Owners group in CommonFloor is not managed properly. Raised a Ticket for same in CommonFloor Admin. Message displayed "Your account is created on ATZ Areva CommonFloor, but is awaiting verification from the CF Administrator and fellow owners at ATZ Areva. "

Please be careful. I just came to know that the size mentioned in the brochure is not correct. The brochure says it as built area but actually that should had been the Super build area. So whatever size it says in the brochure as SBA, the actual build are will be less and the carpet area further less. For example, for us what was said as 1710 built area is actually the SBA and the actual built area comes to 13 something.

Even I think the project is good one.. the builder is also fine. There are many happy buyers of this group's projects. I have no idea about legalities of the project..
