Review of Sree Kuladevatha Constructions

Q: Sree Kuladevatha Constructions is worst about its quality, they wont keep their promises, they wont deliver the flat on time, i had bought in SKC flat suffering a lot. they wont respect customer. Now they lauched akshara, flat in urapakkam.People kindly dont buy it. Its my bad experience with SKC
very worst behaviour staff.. poor quality..

Worst builder and don't go for this guys, they will say will complete in a year but they never mention which year its going to complete. For exp the had ongoing project called jeeva's aathis in kovilambakkam, which is going for more than 3 years ans guys who booked in 2011 still not got there house and will take another 1 year to complete that also not sure .

Quality:- Don't expect the quality they are using only 3 grade material only.

Go and check if you want a truth, please check peoples staying in jeeva's aathis. kovilambakkam, tamil kudimagan nagar 1st street . opp to sathya nagar 8th street.s kolathur

Please do not buy any building of SKC/Sree Kuladevatha Costurctions. They all are cheating fellows. Please don`t trust them. Many people affected. If you have any doubt Please go and meet any customers in any locations.

Hi Even I FACE THE SAME ISSUE, i didn't get my flat done. its been 2 year now, I paid the full money but still waiting for the flat to be handover. I think they will take one more year to complete.

Even my friend booked a flat with See Kuladevatha Constructions and paid 99% of money and waited for 2 and half year still he didn't get his flat completed. They are a very poor builders. people should aware of such builder. So anyone planning to buy a flat from this builder please go to the place(construction apartment) and enquire (people who moved in to the flat ) their difficulties in getting their flat done .. and then plan to book. Moved people houses also not fully completed.
They are a very very poor builders. so think thrice and then book the flat.
