Q:Sree Kuladevatha Constructions is worst about its quality, they wont keep their promises, they wont deliver the flat on time, i had bought in SKC flat suffering a lot. they wont respect customer. Now they lauched akshara, flat in urapakkam.People kindly dont buy it. Its my bad experience with SKC

Latest Answer: Worst builder and don't go for this guys, they will say will complete in a year but they never mention which year its going to complete. For exp the had ongoing project called jeeva's aathis in kovilambakkam, which is going for more than 3 years ans guys who booked in 2011 still not got there house and will take another 1 year to complete that also not sure .
Quality:- Don't expect the quality they are using only 3 grade material only.
