According to me, Neharpar area remains the most affordable in the NCR region if Noida Extension is used as the benchmark for affordability. Even with the steep increase in prices over the last year, Neharpar is a more cost-effective option than Noida, Gurgaon and other parts of Faridabad. This locality will definitely see significant growth and ROI, and investors are likely to enjoy between 0 to 5% returns.

As per my knowledge, Neharpar is a very best location. It is well connected by trains, buses and public transports. Transport facility is also good in this locality. All daily basic amenities are near to this area. Most important thing is metro is also coming in this location, so it is expected that return of investment will be more in upcoming 2 years.

In my point of view, proposed FNG (Faridabad-Noida-Ghaziabad) Expressway (2.5 Km) proposed KGP (Kundli-Ghaziabad-Palwal) Expressway (3.5 Km), proposed flyover over Yamuna River connecting Greater Noida and Greater Faridabad (3 Km), IMT Faridabad (Industrial Model Township in 1832 Acres) (4 Km) .

Municipal Corporation Faridabad is supplying water to this area. Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam (DHBVN) is providing electricity to this area.

As per my knowledge, Neherpar is the fastest developing area of Delhi NCR, which has given good returns to all the investors, within 4 years this area will be the best place to be lived in, all roads are well sized minimum size of road is 12 meters. It will be the non polluted area and green area and is know well known as Greater Faridabad.
