Is there any buyer of this property?

Q: Hi Guys ,This is Abinash. Bought Site no 20 from here. Please let me know.

While buying this property we were told to get 2+2 maintenance, means 2 years from builder and 2 years we need to pay. Today I got the letter where nothing like that mentioned as such. Builder is not paying for those 2 years.
Anybody is there, please let me know. I already told the same to builder. If this is the case then the maintenance is very costly.

I didnt buy anything in this project but now-a-days builders are victimizing home buyers like that only.

Let me give you few instances .
1.It has been missed in sale deed , upon asking for written they assured me that they will give in letter head.
At the same instance behind my maintenance receipt they wrote and signed with 2+2 years maintenance. Today they gave written while giving they wrote entire 20 k is for 2 years .Today while asking they are assuring that will look into matter as in govt. office.
It is total cheating in day light.
2.They did same with my friend also.

Can i get ur introduction ? Did you buy anything from the same builder ?
