While buying this property we were told to get 2+2 maintenance, means 2 years from builder and 2 years we need to pay. Today I got the letter where nothing like that mentioned as such. Builder is not paying for those 2 years.
Anybody is there, please let me know. I already told the same to builder. If this is the case then the maintenance is very costly.

I got loan from LIC and they have done legal approval. no problems.

Q:Details are required whether it is BMRDA approved.If so is it has Khata?DC Conversion? All the NOCs from various departments.Does it collect development charges separately?
