OC for apartments under BMRDA limits
Q: Hi,
I am planning to buy an apartment under BMRDA limits. The builder says that there is no OC under BMRDA limits and only A-Khata will be provided. It is a ready to move in apartment.
Please confirm if this is correct or not? Please explain the details

Latest Answer: Hi, If the builder is giving A Khata then he must have Occupancy Certificate otherwise there must be deviation in the sanctioned plan.

Q: Hi Guys ,This is Abinash. Bought Site no 20 from here. Please let me know.

While buying this property we were told to get 2+2 maintenance, means 2 years from builder and 2 years we need to pay. Today I got the letter where nothing like that mentioned as such. Builder is not paying for those 2 years.
Anybody is there, please let me know. I already told the same to builder. If this is the case then the maintenance is very costly.

This site comes under which Khata?Is it has all approvals?
Q: Details are required whether it is BMRDA approved.If so is it has Khata?DC Conversion? All the NOCs from various departments.
Does it collect development charges separately?

Latest Answer: Yes it is BMRDA approved with A khatha. I am not sure about other things but at first look my lawyer said their legal is good.
