Should I sell my plot or retain it for future price escalations?

Q: I have a 495 sq mtr corner plot in ETA sector. Should I sell it or retain it for future price escalations. Completion certificate is with me. I am the original allottee. It is a road facing plot and I have paid extra for the location.

Hi Shashi, if you want to sell your property,you can List the property for sale to find right buyer or else you can wait for an year or so as there might be a rise of 20% in this area.

Yes Mr.Singh is right.. the plot may be useful for you only after few years. The property rates and rentals are continuously rising in greater Noida. Surely you will be benefited..

Hi Shashi, youhave mentioned that it is road side facing and corner plot.. Usually there will be very good demand for such plots.. Better do not sell it now, keep it for future.
