Should I sell my plot or retain it for future price escalations?
Q: I have a 495 sq mtr corner plot in ETA sector. Should I sell it or retain it for future price escalations. Completion certificate is with me. I am the original allottee. It is a road facing plot and I have paid extra for the location.

Latest Answer: Hi Shashi, if you want to sell your property,you can List the property for sale to find right buyer or else you can wait for an year or so as there might be a rise of 20% in this area.
