Any feedback on the project Asian Laasya, Borewell Road, off Varthur road?

Q: Has anybody bought / booked an apartment at the Asian Laasya, Borewell Road? Are the documents clean? Does this builder have any previous constructions? Thanks a lot for your comments / feedback.

Hi Smaiitm, I tried looking about the builder myself but seems like they do not have website.
The only project comes up with their name is Asian Laasya.

I found some info on http://www.allcheckdeals.com/developer-builder-Asian_Constructions.php
But am not sure if it is the same builder. I will have to check their physical brocure to see if it is the same logo.
I am planning to see this property tomorrow and then it would confirm if is it the same builder as in the link above.

btw the probability of being the same builder as in the link and the one we are looking is very low. The one in the link seems to be specific to Goa. but the name of the projects seem so similar in making
