Every time I requested for refund, the company has given a negative reply.

Q: I had booked a 3 BHK flat in Pal garden, Sector 89, Faridabad in 2006. Even after six years the project is at take off stage. Although, I and my other known friends made timely payments, there is almost nil construction activity at the site. The market perception is that the company does not own land where the project is located. The banks are not willing to finance. The company is not responding to my queries. Could you please clarify the status? Every time I requested for refund of my amount, the company has given a negative reply.

Mr Singh, did u get any updates on this Pal garden project? At what stage is the construction now? My friend has booked a unit there.. Since the project is way behind schedule, what should be our next course of action? Have u discussed with any other owners.
