Without agents also you can buy a home.. But dealing with builder is difficult. Except for some renowned loyal builders, many of them do promise something else and provide something else. The issues with possession dates, completion certificate, occupancy certificate, extra cost laid at possession time, etc etc.. they are very hectic on the buyers' part. So much of waiting and frustration, still buyers get cheated sometimes..
