Beware, the same builder has started another project in Masjid Banda under some other company name.

As far as Tulip is concerned the residents over here has formed a management committee which is very aggressive and getting the half done works done.

Never go for Namishree. You will be in big time problem. Already the flat owners in Tulip Le Park, facing a lot of issue even with basic requirements. Stay away from any project from Namishree. Construction quality is very poor, they promise many thing while dealing but you will not get even 50%. Another thing they never meet handover deadline. Tulip Le park is delayed by more than 2 yr

Do not purchase this flat. All the flat owners are currently facing huge problem by builder as they are so many pending issue and huge water problem. Builder is very rude and no value to customer. Stay away from this project. No maintenance. worst quality and very poor customer relationship.
