Being the eighth largest metropolitan city in India and the second largest city in Maharashtra, Pune has surely carved a niche for itself and has its own internationally acclaimed landmarks. One should not miss out on the fact that Pune has the maximum number of young individuals bustling with hoards of students, IT and ITES professionals. Pune, in the last few decades, has grown exponentially and this growth has been seen in all sectors. So its good time to invest in Pune...

Pune real estate sector saw some good times in the previous year, 2012. Real estate market did well in terms of price appreciation in some parts of the city. Property prices went up to 7-9%, which was good compared to other cities. In the festival season, Pune did a better business in the real estate market than any other city in Maharashtra.round 40% of the apartments in Pune have been bought by the actual home buyers. 35-40% of remaining flats have been bought by investors to rent out to growing working population in and around the city’s IT hubs.
