Planning to buy flat in Elite Homes

Q: Hi, I am planning to buy flat in Elite Homes, ITPL. Can anyone update me on the Builders? Does it have any legal issues etc?

Tanmoy, I'm also planning to book in Vajra Estates? did you get a chance to verify legal docs given by the builder?

If I am not wrong Vajra Estates is the builder of Elite Homes. the project does not have any legal issues but not so sure about the construction quality.
