Well, both Noida and dwarka expressways have seen an increase in prices of the area.. for end use I think as of now noida expressway is better than dwarka expressway. Works is still ongoing on dwarka expressway and so the area will still take time to be livable.

Hi Neelima considering the recent situation Yamuna expressway is best option in terms of future investment as per my knowledge. within 3 years of time the investment will turn double. The factor that should be kept in mind is that with time the price of the property will go up. With four years Dwarka exprressway projects saw a hike from 5000k to 8000k for a single room apartment whereas Noida went from 5k to 8k SO its better firstly you take advice from the local broker and then decided about which area is convenient for you.
