Can we trust this builder

Q: Is this builder the same as shivani shelters? if so, his xoxtown project is still not completed and that started in 2007. most of the flat owners has paid more than 95% of the flat cost. inspite of tha He is in a financial mess and has not paid contractors for more than 2 years. he has also recently vacated his indiranagar office and there is no forwarding address. he does not response to phone calls also. he has cheated some people by selling one flat to 2 persons. how to trust such cheating persons and put your hard earned money in his hand.

hi i have bought an apartment from this builder. his apartments are of very good quality. he is a good person who takes feedback into consideration. he has always been respectful towards us and had been updating us time to time about the project. again i insist on the quality. one of the best. according to my experience i would completely trust this builder.

I booked an apartment at Cox Town in sept 2009. The foundations were complete. As of now there has been no progress at my apartment for the last 18 months. The builder does not pick up the phone.
