Q:Is this builder the same as shivani shelters? if so, his xoxtown project is still not completed and that started in 2007. most of the flat owners has paid more than 95% of the flat cost. inspite of tha He is in a financial mess and has not paid contractors for more than 2 years. he has also recently vacated his indiranagar office and there is no forwarding address. he does not response to phone calls also. he has cheated some people by selling one flat to 2 persons. how to trust such cheating persons and put your hard earned money in his hand.
