I want to buy the Residential Flat in Jahangirpura Area, Surat (Gujarat) for an investment purpose. Pl. do let me know, would I expect 20 % Hike in Price in Next 2-3 Years down the line.

Hell Mr. Thanki...last month mu uncle purchased a flat there. i found it good. Market here is showing slow growth but will soon pick up speed. Many residential projects are also established. I will tell you the reason behind it...it is because the city is expanding IT sector, retail and local secondary-tertiary industries which generated many job opportunities.
