Q:I am an NRI and I made a big mistake of my life by paying all the money upfront to a local builder n SURAT, Uday Chhasia when I booked a 3BHK flat in his project VIIMAL HEXGON in ADAJAN. It has been almost three years and my flat is nowhere close to the completion. He has collected money from many flat buyers and has not delivered possession yet. He is not even replying to my emails or text messages.My Advice to flat buyers is, STAY AWAY from this ERRATIC builder, He has just launched another residential project in PAL called VIMALNATH FLORANZA. Do not fall into his trap. There are many reputed builders in the city. Just stay away from UDAY CHHASIA even he is offering you the flat below market value.
