Q: Readers opting for Madhupushpa || madhupushpa 2 ,wakad. Beware. I am one of the many residents living in the madhupusha 1 project where fundamental amenities like continuous supply of water is missing. WE get only 30 mins water everyday. There are many other issues pending with builder and he and his team are very irresponsible bunch of scumbags. So Beware.

There is no water shortage at all,I too owned flat here and I get good amount of water.Excellent amenities and full proof security has been maintained.I think residents come from small town and expect a five star life style,They don't understand what it costs to live in city.If the same scheme has been develloped in some Pandey's town or Kumar's town ,they will accept as its withour muttering a word.

The water problem started suddenly after flat owners started asking for amenities, asking maintenance expense records from builder, VAT issues and demand for society formation. The project is just turning out to be a machine to siphon out the money from buyers in return of promises for service and quality and not beyond that.

The miss usage of maintenance funds are still going on, swimming pool is filled by the builder even after asking him not to do so considering acute water shortage.

The Security is a BIG concern, the builder has reduced the security to mere 3 persons, though the maintenance balance still shows equivalent amount what it used to be when we had 9 guards. Above all the builder doesn't entertains any request for security improvement such as closing the back door or increasing security personals. Thus the society ground level parking is now used as public road by locals and non-residents.

I regret our decision to buy the flat here.

The situation is not bad but what I feel is intentionally made worst by the builder. I still remember how I was impressed with the quality of furnishing of sample flats and the few flats that I had seen in building A before making my decision and now I regret to see what quality he has provided. Visiting building C can surely give how he had categorically started to chop down quality and services once the amount was paid. Many entrusted money hoping get house that they dream of and finally to get cheated with the quality that was provided.
The nightmare didn't end there, post possession the maintenance amount claimed to be exhaust in one year by the builder. The promised amenities are not there, the club house which was build at the end (just 9-11 months back) already started to come apart with all rooms leaking and plaster coming out.
What we came to know is how the builder has manipulated norms and misused maintenance fund, the water problem is also an induced one (cont...)

Why is the Builder so arrogant? I cant believe that inspite of having acute water shortage which is just a phenomenon in Madhupushpa in entire wakad, the Builder fills the Swimming pool.

Hi Vishakha,
I am also resident of Madhupushpa. There is very poor water supply from PCMC. Other thing is residents are not paying maintenance dues. Since no ground water, there is option of water tanks only.
Statements by you is half truth.

Whatever Vishakha has mentioned is all true even I own a flat there and thee is lack of basic amenities. There are 3 security guards foe such a big project. No water as there is no ground water boring... The buiilder used up the two year maintainence amount in just one year and is now demanding more money. Nor he has shown any progress towards society formation.

Priyanka,I made some research ,there was water shortage only for 1 hour due to pipe line being damaged by electricity work.This has been fixed and no water problem is there.Don't assume the comments are right by some residents as they are tenants(kirayedaar and not owners).GO ahead and fulfil your dreams of having a lifetime aashiyaana.
