Q:I am fully satisfied with Madhupushpa Wakad. Three side open planning is excellent. Flats are with excellent air circulation and with big windows we get excellent day light. RAK tiles used are best and all fittings including electrical fittings are best. Builder has provided all amenities promised. Staff very cooperative and solve problem immediately.
Latest Answer: In Altissiomo , wakad , buyering has been assigned the drive way as parking and even the every flat has a lot of rework. So guys please don't book the flat even if you get for free .
Q:Readers opting for Madhupushpa || madhupushpa 2 ,wakad. Beware. I am one of the many residents living in the madhupusha 1 project where fundamental amenities like continuous supply of water is missing. WE get only 30 mins water everyday. There are many other issues pending with builder and he and his team are very irresponsible bunch of scumbags. So Beware.
Latest Answer: There is no water shortage at all,I too owned flat here and I get good amount of water.Excellent amenities and full proof security has been maintained.I think residents come from small town and expect a five star life style,They don't understand what it costs to live in city.If the same scheme has been develloped in some Pandey's town or Kumar's town ,they will accept as its withour muttering a word.

Latest Answer: The slim tube lights provided in bathrooms fuse after 2 months of usage....No replacement tubes available in the market --coz-these are chinese tubelights and they are not available in the retail market.-The faucets (Make-Crabtree) for washing shit are faulty....they all leak----All the people residing in the society have complained about it-----Replacement not done....If you want proof----New buyers please while visiting the apartment, test it yourself.The curtain rods are fitted in a faulty manner
--The curtain itself are not a good fit...they are completely transparent and provide no privacy
--The Solar geysers are not operational / non-existant ---> you have to buy/instal electric geyers at your own expense
---The internal roads built in phase 2 are of cheap quality,,, you can feel it when riding a 2 wheeler
