Planning to buy a villa

Q: Planning to buy a villa in plot 106. It is a corner plot next to the boundary wall. Bit apprehensive of the fact that it is too close to the neighbouring private property. Rate offered by Sobha 3.7cr. Is it worth? Any advice. Thanks.

I feel it is worth and the project is located near Bangalore International Airport so you can expect future appreciation.
