What is the total land area and how many units, blocks & floors will be there?

The project is spread over 6.9 acres of land and there will be a total of 107 units, one block and G+15 floors structures.

What are the different dimensions of 3 bhk apartments available in this project?

There are only 3bhk apartments with different sizes. there will be 23 units of 3 bhk luxury apartments, 68 units of 3bhk + servant room and 16 units of 3 bhk + servant room+ study.

Interested to know what is the status of the project and how much will be the price of a apartment in this project

Sobha Eternia is expected to be completed by July 2016 and the project offers only 3 bhk apartments with size ranging from 1879 sqft to 2104 sqft. The price of an apartment starts from Rs 1.43 crores on wards.

It is a good deal but there are many builders around that area. Purva, Prestige etc with better amenities and less price.
