As far as I know the price of apartment in Sobha Eternia starts from Rs 1.43 crores ( approx) on wards.

Sobha Eternia has got approval from Bangalore Development Authority and all the leading banks. Yes they are offer all 3 bhk apartments with different sizes. there will be 23 units of 3 bhk luxury apartments, 68 units of 3bhk + servant room and 16 units of 3 bhk + servant room+ study
