Need help

Q: If the land is A-khata and approved by SBI and bbmp. And there are a lot deviations in the building if u compare to approved bbmp drawing like one extra balcony..etc... so the individual apartment unit owners will get the A-khata or B-khata. Pls help.

Did you check with the builder whether he will be providing occupancy certificate for flats?

Builder said ..its very tough to get because of Fire-Service norms which they could not meet and they cant provide OC.
