Hi to all...even i am facing the same problem...alredy spent 40000 for sanction of loan and evwry time my loan is rejected..
they have cheated us all..just filling their pocket...plzz...leet me knw what to do...can we all.unite n do somthing against it...

They donot have the documents, from where will they provide?! They are doing this construction on GPA- general power of attorney. They actually donot have a license in their name. No bank would provide loan for these houses. I am also one of the victims. I donot know how many people have so far been cheated by this builder. I am surprised how there are still advertisements being carried out by the property sites. Can we all not unite and seek solutions from either the Administration or Consumer Court?

Hi Bhaskar.. you have paid 25% of the flat cost amd they are not providing you documents.. I hope you tried talking to the builder abt this.. Are they telling they won't give or need some more time? Is flat registration been done? And what loan documents you need? I mean, is it for applying for loan you need documents or what..
