Q: Hi,

it has been so many years and no sign of possession from BPTP. I bought a flat in BPTP PArk Elite Premium and still awaiting. Today I received an email asking for VAT amount to be paid else there will be interest charged. Not sure what is the buyer have done wrong to invest in such property which is waiting in eternity..

Q: They expect money from the flat owners for basic commitments which they made at the time of possession and did not fulfill. Even parking numbers allotted have been changed for the flat owners after taking bribe from some of the residents.

Q: 1. Full Unit Price was Paid in Advance at the time of Booking,(March 2010)
2. All dues and Full Maintenance for next three years paid prior to possession.
ï‚— Possession Condition:
1. Unit was handed over by builder in unfinished condition with a verbal commitment & promise to finish the unfinished work soon including final painting. Till date nothing has been completed i.e. it's not in a liveable condition.
2. Also till date Car Parking has not been allocated, for which
payment was paid in full.
ï‚— Interest on delayed Construction:
no response from the builder on Penalty clause

Q: After a long time for possession finally BPTP offered possenssion but they have done the same which was expected increased the Super build area & nowhere mentioned the delay possession charges..We shoul club together & build a buyer's association to takeup this matter with BPBPThey have doing this king of things i.e. increasing superduild area to cheat the customers

Q: They are very irritating. Do not know how to treat a customer. Don't reply to your queries, keep you waiting. Slow construction.if you want to waste your money then only go for them
Latest Answer: Avoid the place at all cost- Very poor cinstruction quality- NO Water (30 minutes a day)- 10-16 hours power cuts- BAD maintenance, inefficient RWA
