Lease agreement

Q: All the RENT agreements I have seen mention that the LEASE agreement is for 11 months. Why is it that eventhough the title of the agreement says "RENT AGREEMENT" the wordings in the agreement are"LEASE AGREEMENT".

Rent is a monthly payment made to the landlord,whereas Lease is an agreement for fixed period for on payment of one time amount,which will be repaid went you leave the house.

Lease agreement: Lease agreement is not flexible and it is made for long term. Pre determined and cannot be broken without breaking the lease.
Rental Agreement: Rental agreement is flexible and it s made for short term. Pre determined and terms can be changed

It depends on the owner whether he/she wish to offer the tenants a lease or a rental agreement. Although these terms are often used interchangeably, they are not the same.

Well first i must tell u that its lease agreement only which is an appropriate legal word and rent agreement we use in normal practice, rent is the amount pay by the lesser to lessee for the enjoyment of lease.
